Day 26: Taxi Driver

Review: A PERFECT MOVIE. It's so weird that I have spent all of my young adult life chasing after Travis Bickle dress-a-likes without ever getting the origin. This movie, for crush factor alone, was an absolute masterpiece. Young, gritty Deniro AND tightly wound Disco influenced Albert Brooks? Get outta here. In addition to providing me with major heart fluttering, this movie slayed me comedically. I'm a huge After Hours fan and found this to be just funny in its own beautiful, nihilistic way. If you somehow missed out on this movie like I did, watch it right now.
